		<description>Fellow Costco goat cheeser here... I love Costco&#039;s philosophy and business model, but you&#039;re so right, the local farmer trumps all.  Since I&#039;m a stay at home mom, price is usually (to a point) the bottom line, and buying off my &quot;dream food list&quot; (all organic &amp; local) is more of a luxury item.  But I was granted a one-day organic shopping spree the day after Mark watched Food Inc!</description>
